Tessie Mangohig, 63, was last seen April 29, 2016, in Delano, California. She is described as an Asian female, about 4 feet 11 inches tall, 98 pounds, with brown eyes and graying brown hair. At the time she left her temporary residence around 2:30 PM she was wearing a black jacket or sweater and khaki pants and did not take her purse, cash, or the tracking device she normally wore.

Tessie was visiting Delano for a week and was known to be physically fit and to enjoy walks. Her Alzheimer’s disease is a major concern for her ability to navigate and care for herself. The Delano Police Department conducted extensive searches but has not located her. If anyone has information about Tessie’s whereabouts, please come forward.
