Alex Lee Tisdale was 17 when he was shot and killed in his driveway in Cordesville, near Moncks Corner, South Carolina, on February 5, 2019. Known as a rapper who performed as Young Beast, he also loved football and basketball, worked bagging groceries at a local BI-LO, and was remembered by family as a loving, hardworking teenager with musical ambitions.

The Berkeley County Coroner identified Tisdale as the fatal shooting victim and the Berkeley County Sheriff’s Office opened a homicide investigation.
