Rockiem Graham was 29 when he was found dead in the back seat of a vehicle on the evening of April 7, 2018, after deputies stopped a reckless car near the intersection of U.S. 278 and Indigo Run Plantation on Hilton Head Island, South Carolina. Deputies say the passengers reported a gunshot victim in the vehicle; paramedics confirmed Graham had suffered gunshot wounds and was deceased. An eastbound lane was briefly closed while investigators and the coroner worked the scene.
