Austin Chandler was 26 when he was shot to death during an altercation in a garage on Glasgo Lane in Lexington, South Carolina, on the evening of May 15, 2017. He was described as an artist and carpenter and a devoted father of two. The South Carolina Law Enforcement Division took over the investigation because Chandler was related to an employee of the Lexington County Sheriff’s Department.
Investigators identified 32-year-old Brandon Lee Pham as the primary suspect, alleging he started the confrontation shortly after arriving at the residence and shot Chandler multiple times before fleeing in a white Jeep. Authorities say they arrested Pham within days and charged him with murder and possession of a weapon during a violent crime. Two women, Pamela Shae Norris, 34, and Ashley Dawn Spencer, 33, were charged with accessory after the fact to murder and hindering officers; Norris was reportedly at the scene and later helped Pham evade police, and Spencer allegedly provided transportation and a place to hide.
Are there witnesses or neighbors who remember the night of May 15, 2017, or who saw a white Jeep in the area?
