Timothy Blair, 27 and known to some as Slick, was killed in a shooting in Gaffney, South Carolina. He was found dead on Sunday, June 22, 2014, prompting a multi-state investigation by the Cherokee County Sheriff’s Office.

The probe focused on three suspects and crossed into North Carolina. Authorities located and arrested Quentin Lavar Lattimore in Gastonia. Two other men, Lenny Charles Oglesby and Patrick Jamal Mcleod, were also taken into custody; all three were charged in connection with Blair’s murder.

The case involved coordinated work between South Carolina and North Carolina law enforcement to locate and arrest the men accused of killing Blair. Anyone with information about Timothy Blair, his movements in Gaffney in June 2014, or the events leading to his death is asked to come forward.
