On the early morning of May 4, 2014, 24-year-old Jaquann James Price of Longs, South Carolina, was shot inside Teezers Club in the Myrtle Beach area during a violent altercation that witnesses described as between rival gangs. Price was taken to Grand Strand Regional Medical Center and died there at 6:28 a.m. The club’s surveillance video captured the incident, which became key evidence in the Horry County Police Department’s homicide investigation.
Investigators identified 27-year-old Cliston Bellamy as the primary suspect and issued a warrant for his arrest; officials reported that Bellamy had left the Myrtle Beach area and that a fugitive search was underway, with federal task forces and a reward offered for information. One year after the shooting, law enforcement located and arrested Bellamy in Columbia and brought him back to Horry County to face charges.
Does anyone have information about Jaquann’s movements that night or about the confrontation inside the club?
