Branden Sellers was 23 when he was found fatally shot inside a vehicle in the 3900 block of Southern Avenue in Suitland, Maryland. Prince George’s County police responded to a shooting report at about 1:05 p.m. on Tuesday, October 12, 2021, and Sellers, who was from District Heights, was pronounced dead at the scene.

The Prince George’s County Homicide Unit took over the investigation and worked to determine a motive and identify any suspects.
