Levon Darnell White II, 31, was shot in the early hours of Sunday, July 25, 2021. A witness drove him to a local hospital at about 12:30 a.m., but he was pronounced dead shortly afterward. Prince George’s County homicide detectives determined the shooting occurred in the 4500 block of Silver Hill Road in Suitland, Maryland.

Investigators said they were working to establish a motive and identify suspects. No arrests had been announced and police had not publicly identified anyone in connection with the killing. Authorities asked anyone with information to contact investigators or submit tips anonymously through Crime Solvers.
