Oluwatomisi Temidire Adeleke, known as Tolsen, was 19 when he was shot in a parking lot on the 700 block of Hammond Branch Drive in Odenton, Maryland, on July 2, 2020. Officers from the Anne Arundel County Police Department arrived about 12:45 a.m. and found him with a gunshot wound to his upper body. Responding officers provided emergency aid until paramedics transported him to a local hospital, where he was later pronounced dead.

Homicide detectives processed the scene, interviewed potential witnesses and canvassed the area; an autopsy was scheduled to determine cause and manner of death. The department described the investigation as very active and ongoing and asked anyone with information to contact the homicide unit or the anonymous tip line. No public announcement of arrests or identified suspects has been made.
