On the morning of Saturday, February 9, 2019, gunfire shattered the quiet in a Suitland, Maryland neighborhood. At about 10:40 a.m., Prince George’s County officers responding to a shooting on the 3400 block of Parkway Terrace Drive found 23-year-old Suitland resident Terrell Caldwell inside an apartment building with gunshot wounds. He was pronounced dead at the scene.
Detectives said the shooting did not appear random and treated the case as an active homicide investigation. A reward of up to $25,000 was offered for information leading to an arrest and indictment. Nearly three months later, on May 3, 2019, homicide detectives arrested two 18-year-old Suitland residents, Rahsan Walker and Marvin Brown. Investigators alleged the motive was an attempted robbery; both were charged with first-degree murder and related offenses and held without bond.
Did anyone in Suitland know Terrell or have information about the events in that apartment building on February 9, 2019?
