Antjuan Tyrek Dantignac, 23, was shot in the evening of November 2, 2016, on the 4100 block of Byers Street in Capitol Heights, Maryland. Responding officers found him about 9:30 p.m.; he was taken to a hospital and later pronounced dead. He was a security officer and a father; family members remember him for how much he cherished time with his son.

Prince George’s County detectives opened a homicide investigation and said they did not believe the shooting was random. A reward of up to $25,000 was offered for information leading to an arrest and indictment. No suspects or arrests have been publicly disclosed.
