David Wayne Bellah, 38, was last seen in March 1991 in Roseville, California after attending an Easter family gathering. He was not in frequent contact with his family but did visit for holidays and family events, and that March visit is the last confirmed time anyone in his family saw or heard from him.

At the time of his disappearance Bellah was driving a Mercedes-Benz. He was 6 feet 2 inches, weighed between 180 and 200 pounds, had black hair (following a hair transplant) and brown eyes, and was known for wearing fancy clothing. No further information about his vehicle, whereabouts, or what he was wearing that day has been discovered, and the case remains open with the Sacramento County Sheriff’s Department continuing to seek information.
