In the early morning hours of a Wednesday in January 2011, officers responded to a call around 2:30 a.m. on the 3500 block of Terrace Drive in Suitland, Maryland, and found 22-year-old Douglas Hodge Jordan Jr. of Washington suffering from gunshot wounds in a cul-de-sac outside an apartment complex. He was taken to a nearby hospital and pronounced dead.
Jordan’s killing was recorded as the 14th homicide in Prince George’s County that year. County detectives led the investigation with assistance from state, municipal and federal agents, but reports give no motive and no suspects have been publicly identified. There have been no announced arrests connected to the shooting.
Does anyone have information about Jordan’s movements that night or who might have been in the Terrace Drive area around 2:30 a.m. in January 2011?
