On April 6, 2022, Robert Landstra, 43, of Marysville, California, was shot and killed outside an apartment complex in Linda around 6 p.m. on Country Club Court. Several 911 callers reported the shooting. Landstra was found with multiple gunshot wounds and was declared dead at the scene.
