Danny Wong was 53 and a resident of San Gabriel, California when he was fatally shot on January 26, 2022. The Los Angeles County Medical Examiner‑Coroner records place the shooting near 1415 S. Prospect Ave.; Wong was pronounced dead at the scene that evening. Another person was wounded in the same incident and taken to a hospital.
