Gabriel Ulloa, an 18-year-old resident of Hesperia, California, was fatally shot on December 3, 2021, in Rancho Cucamonga. Deputies from the San Bernardino County Sheriff’s Department responded to reports of gunshots around 4:30 p.m. behind the Lowe’s at Foothill Boulevard and Milliken Avenue and found Ulloa lying in the street. Rancho Cucamonga fire personnel pronounced him dead at the scene from gunshot wounds.
