Hannah Upp was last seen the morning of Thursday, September 14, 2017, leaving her home in the East End (Pillsbury Heights) of Saint Thomas, US Virgin Islands, during the interval between Hurricanes Irma and Maria. Her car was located on Sunday, September 17, at Sapphire Beach. Inside were her identification, credit cards, passport, phone, money and other valuables — items that would identify her — all left behind. Her keys, sandals and a sarong were found down by the beach.
A report was filed with police and the US Virgin Islands Police Department. Search efforts by friends and Search and Rescue teams took place on September 17 and 18, but were called off because of the approaching Hurricane Maria. As of June 7, 2018, those searches had not located her.
Did anyone in the Saint Thomas area see Hannah on or after September 14, 2017, or notice anything at Sapphire Beach that weekend?
