I've been following the Francisco Cruz case with a heavy heart, and something that's been on my mind is the role of illegal dispensaries in all of this. These places are popping up everywhere and seem to operate in such a gray area with little oversight. It's unnerving to think that Francisco might still be with us if this dispensary had been a legitimate business. They should've had professionals handling security, not a parolee like Ackles. I feel for Francisco’s family—losing him in such a senseless manner is unimaginable. I hope this tragedy serves as a wake-up call for better regulation and safety measures in the cannabis industry to prevent future violence. It's just so sad how visiting a dispensary should be about wellness and yet his life ended in such violence. My thoughts are with everyone affected.

I've been following the case of Francisco Cruz, and I can't stop thinking about the role of bystander intervention. The fact that a security guard was involved makes me wonder if anyone else witnessed what happened that night. If only someone had been able to step in or call for help at the moment things started to escalate, maybe the outcome could've been different. It's chilling to think about how quickly situations can get out of control, especially in areas involved with illegal dispensaries. My heart goes out to Cruz's family and friends, who must be struggling with so many questions about the what-ifs and possibilities. It's a tough reminder for all of us to be vigilant and perhaps intervene safely if we ever find ourselves in similar situations.
