Hey everyone, I came across this case, and something that really struck me was the impact of Tony Montantes' situation as someone experiencing homelessness. It's just so tragic how vulnerable people like Tony can be to violence, often getting caught in the crossfire of larger issues like gang activity. I can't help but think about what could have been done to prevent this. It's heartbreaking that someone could face such danger just trying to get by day to day. The fact that the community is being asked to come forward with more information signals just how intertwined these issues are. I really hope the local organizations and authorities can use this case as a turning point to make the area safer for everyone, especially the most vulnerable. My thoughts are with Tony's loved ones and those who also call El Cajon home.
