Andrea Cervantes was 18 when she was found dead from stab wounds at an apartment on West Carlton Way in Tracy, California, on June 22, 2019. Authorities describe the killing as occurring during a domestic dispute; the San Joaquin County District Attorney’s Office identified her live-in boyfriend, Antonio Flores-Cuellar, as the primary suspect and alleges he stabbed her.
Flores-Cuellar fled to Mexico after the killing and remained a fugitive for several years while law enforcement searched for him. In December 2023 the U.S. Marshals Service Fugitive Apprehension Team located and arrested Flores-Cuellar in Mexico; he was extradited to the United States and booked into the San Joaquin County Jail on murder charges with a knife-use enhancement.
The Tracy Police Department led the investigation into Andrea’s death and the multiagency effort to find the suspect. Does anyone with knowledge of Andrea, the West Carlton Way apartment, or the months before June 22, 2019 have information to share with investigators?
