Has anyone else been following Jaylin McClain's case in Rialto? It's just so upsetting to think about how young he was, only 17, and with so much life ahead of him. I'm curious if any local residents have attended the community meetings or vigils that were held in his memory. I’ve heard they were incredibly moving, yet also heavy with the shared sorrow and frustration over the lack of answers.
It's baffling that the police haven't released more information or identified any suspects yet. We know from other cases that sometimes these investigations take time, but it must be really hard for his family and friends not having any closure, or even the semblance of justice. If there's anyone here from around Rialto, do you get the feeling that enough is being done? The urgency of getting these violent crimes solved quickly can’t be overstated. Jaylin, along with Joshua, deserves justice, and their families need peace of mind. Please, if anyone knows something, speak up. These senseless acts of violence need to stop.
