Timothy Dywane Jackson, 53, of View Park-Windsor Hills, California, was fatally shot on February 8, 2019. Deputies and the Los Angeles County Medical Examiner-Coroner report the shooting occurred on the 3500 block of Floresta Avenue at about 10:30 p.m.; Jackson was shot multiple times and died at the scene. Authorities classified the death as a homicide and the Los Angeles County Sheriff’s Department opened an investigation.

Officials say the motive remains unclear and investigators faced a shortage of eyewitnesses and concrete leads. A reward of $10,000 was offered for information that could help identify and apprehend the shooter or shooters. No arrests had been announced as of the latest information.
