I've been thinking a lot about Jovan's mental health struggles and how they played a part in this devastating incident. It's truly unimaginable what he must have been going through, but it's also a grim reminder of how critical mental health support is. Haley and Jovan were both loved by their families and friends, and it's so sad that they won't get the chance to see these people again or have their lives back. I just hope this tragedy can spark some conversation and action on mental health awareness and support. This whole incident has made me reflect on how we respond to people in crisis and what more we can do as a society to help others before it reaches such a tragic point. My heart goes out to all who knew and loved Haley; it’s a huge loss. We should all take some time to remember the vibrant life she led and continue supporting conversations around mental health to prevent future tragedies.
