Cassann Britt, 47, was fatally shot on the afternoon of December 30, 2017, at the intersection of Valencia Way and Del Camino Drive in San Pablo, California. The Contra Costa County coroner’s office confirmed her identity and the San Pablo Police Department’s Investigations Division opened and continues to handle the case.
