I'm curious about something in the case that maybe someone can shed light on. I've been following the tragic story of Scott Gaffney and Brennen Fairhead, and I can't stop thinking about the role of surveillance footage in this trial. It seems like having such clear evidence really cemented the case against Gary Perry, but I'm wondering if anyone knows how this kind of evidence is typically handled in court? Do they always use it as the main piece of evidence, or is it meant to support other testimonies and findings? It must have been incredibly painful for the families to know that such footage exists, yet hopefully, it brought some clarity and justice. My thoughts go out to their families as they navigate this immense loss.
