It's disheartening knowing Vicente's family has no answers to their many questions and that the perpetrators are still out there. Was he targeted, or was this a case of mistaken identity? The fact that nobody has come forward or that these individuals vanished without a trace is alarming. It’s crucial for anyone with even the slightest bit of information to speak up. Salinas has seen way too many lives lost, and each unsolved case only adds to the community's pain. My thoughts are with Vicente’s loved ones. They deserve justice and closure.
