In the early morning hours of June 9, 2004, Rafael Rosado, a 26-year-old Hispanic man, was found mortally wounded outside his home on Guinea Road in Biddeford, Maine. He had been shot and investigators ruled his death a homicide. Rosado was originally from Caguas, Puerto Rico, and had moved to Biddeford from Chelsea, Massachusetts, about three years earlier.
He worked in the construction trade and was described by his family as a loving son and brother; he left behind his mother, stepfather, and siblings. Despite investigations by the Maine State Police, no arrests have been made and no suspects have been publicly identified, and the case has grown cold.
Does anyone who lived in Biddeford around 2004 have information that could help bring answers to the family?
