Audrey Carey was a 23-year-old woman from Quebec who was found dead in San Francisco’s Golden Gate Park on October 3, 2015. She had been attending the Hardly Strictly Bluegrass Festival and was discovered early that morning after suffering blunt force trauma to the head; investigators described her death as the result of a violent assault.

The investigation led to the arrest of three people—Morrison Haze Lampley, Sean Michael Angold, and Lila Scott Alligood—who were taken into custody in Portland, Oregon, after being found with items belonging to Carey. The trio was also connected to the killing of Steve Carter, a yoga teacher who was shot while hiking in Marin County and whose car was later stolen.

All three defendants pleaded guilty to first-degree murder in the deaths of Audrey Carey and Steve Carter. Lampley was identified as the shooter in Carter’s killing; Angold cooperated and testified against the others. Does anyone have information about Carey’s movements in Golden Gate Park the night of October 2–3, 2015?
