Hey everyone, I wanted to share something that's been on my mind about Oliver Legaspi's case. I've been thinking about the bravery it must have taken for his niece to try and escape such a terrifying situation. It's tragic that Oliver and Felicidad got caught in this nightmare, they seemed to be incredibly supportive of their family, doing whatever they could to help her in such a dire time. It really hits home how important it is to have a strong support system for those trying to leave abusive relationships. I keep wondering what more we, as a society, can do to prevent these tragedies. It's devastating to consider how Oliver's life was taken while trying to be there for his family. My heart goes out to all of them. Hopefully, we can continue to raise awareness and offer better protections for people in similar situations. If anyone has ideas or knows of any proactive measures in place, I'd love to hear more about them. Stay safe, everyone.
