Has anyone looked into the background of the neighborhood where Julio was killed? I've been following this case and it seems like there's a deeper issue at play here. I grew up in a similar area, and I know firsthand how violence can become so ingrained in the community that it almost feels normal. It breaks my heart for Julio’s family; they deserve answers. I wonder if local organizations or community leaders have tried to step in to facilitate open dialogues and build trust between residents and law enforcement. It's tough to make progress when people feel isolated and are too fearful to come forward. If anyone is from the area or knows more, it would be helpful to understand what’s being done to address these issues, not just for Julio’s case, but for the broader safety of the community.
