It's incredibly sad to think that it's been over nine years and the case surrounding Joseph Richard Flores' murder is still stagnant. I was reading that the nature of his wounds suggested the shooter was at close range, which makes it seem like this was very personal. It's shocking and gut-wrenching that someone could do this and just carry on. Does anyone know if there have been any memorials or community events held in Joseph's name? Sometimes these gatherings can spark new information or someone might come forward with a piece of the puzzle they've been holding onto for too long. Sending strength to Joseph's family and friends – we’re all hoping that justice prevails, no matter how much time has passed.
