Nanette Marie Florance, 47, was found dead inside a home on Rachel Lane in Loomis, California, on the morning of May 27, 2011. Reports say she, along with two other adults, suffered trauma to the head; Lawrence Fay Jr., 48, was found dead outside the home and 46-year-old John Camara was severely injured and later died at the hospital.

No signs of forced entry were reported, suggesting the attack was not random. Two people were initially detained for questioning. The Placer County Sheriff’s Department later arrested 36-year-old Jeremy Ray Baker and charged him in the deaths of Florance, Camara and Fay.

Florance was born August 2, 1963, in Auburn and lived most of her life in Loomis. She attended Del Oro High School and Sierra College, worked for Rose and Rose and Edward Jones, was a mother to Arthur Lenard Hawkins and was active with the Loomis Quilt and Fiber Guild and the South Placer Heritage Foundation.

Does anyone in the Loomis area have information about Nanette, the other victims, or the events around May 27, 2011?
