Michael Joseph Miranda was 18 when he went hiking alone on the morning of July 13, 1992, and never returned. He left without supplies, suggesting he expected to be gone for only a few hours, and his family reported him missing three days later. Searches found his 1984 Mazda pickup abandoned near Highway 190, close to Angel Falls and east of Springville, California, but no trace of Michael has been located despite extensive efforts.

Michael was last seen wearing a red t-shirt, gray shorts, and tan or brown work boots. He had a small mole on his lower back. Authorities classify him as an endangered missing person and multiple leads have been followed without resolution.

If anyone remembers Michael, saw his truck near Angel Falls on or after July 13, 1992, or has other information about his movements that morning, please come forward.
