In the aftermath of this awful tragedy, I've been thinking a lot about the impact on the children who witnessed the crime. It's heartbreaking to imagine how their lives have been shattered by these events. At just 2 and 6 years old, they witnessed something no person, let alone a child, should ever have to see. I truly hope they're receiving the care and counseling they need to help them navigate through this trauma. I've read comments from people questioning the system that placed them in foster care rather than with family. It's a tough situation, and I can't pretend to know what's best for them, but it does sound like their grandfather, Remy, is fiercely fighting for a role in their lives. Wishing them all strength and healing.

Hey everyone, I've been following this deeply unsettling case, and it's just so distressing to imagine what Jeanne Pierre Charles Andre and Anne Marielle Fleury's family are going through, especially Remy Fleury. Something that I can't stop thinking about is the decision to place Anne's children in foster care. Given the trauma they've already suffered, it seems like it would have been more comforting for them to be with their grandfather, Remy. I can't help but wonder what considerations were made by the authorities when they made the choice to place them in foster care instead. Were they concerned about Remy's situation, or was it just procedural? The family is clearly still fighting for justice, and I hope that this includes finding the best possible environment for those children to heal and grow. It breaks my heart that these kids have to live with such memories, and I sincerely hope they get all the love and support they need to lead fulfilling lives. My thoughts are with the entire family.
