Khajan Lamont Spikes was an 18-year-old senior at Williston Middle High School when he was fatally shot on February 20, 2021, at the Willy Mart on US 27 in Williston, Florida. Investigators tied the shooting to an argument between Khajan and 29-year-old Frederick Donnell Williams of Williston; Williams was identified as the shooter and was arrested by the Levy County Sheriff’s Office on February 23, 2021.

The vehicle used to leave the scene was driven by Sydney Frasier Jr., who was implicated as the driver and charged as an accessory after the fact. The case attracted significant attention locally because the victim was a high school senior and because the shooting occurred in a public business.
