Saeed Christopher Wallace, 33, was found shot to death the morning of December 18, 2019, in an industrial area of Lake Worth Beach, Florida. His body was located in an alley near the 1100 block of Fifth Avenue South, close to the Florida East Coast Railway tracks.
Investigators determined Wallace ran a marijuana business out of a rented storage unit, and that operation became the target of a robbery conspiracy. Prosecutors later identified Jonathan Major as a key suspect, alleging Major and at least one accomplice planned to steal Wallace’s marijuana and THC cartridges. Surveillance footage showed a driver matching Major’s description at the scene, and Major’s car and cell phone were reportedly near the homicide site.
A grand jury returned indictments in March 2021 charging Major and Reginald Jackson with first-degree murder, armed robbery, and burglary of a structure while armed. The case against Jackson remained pending. If anyone knew Wallace, his business, or saw activity around Fifth Avenue South on December 18, 2019, please share what was observed.
