Robert Price, 56, and his wife Jolene Price, 51, were found dead in the master bedroom of their Crestview, Florida home on November 13, 2019, each having sustained a fatal gunshot wound to the head. Their son, Jacob Daniel Price, 30, reported the killings to police, turned himself in to the Crestview Police Department shortly afterward wearing a bloodied shirt, and admitted to shooting his parents and two family dogs.

Jacob Price, a former Marine who served as a field radio operator from 2009 to 2013 and was deployed twice under Operation Enduring Freedom, was charged with two counts of premeditated murder and two counts of aggravated animal cruelty. The Okaloosa County Sheriff’s Office led the investigation and autopsies were completed by the First Judicial Circuit Medical Examiner’s Office. Motive remained under investigation; Jacob had been living with his parents at the time.

Did anyone know the Prices or have information about family circumstances in the months before November 13, 2019?
