It's been a tough road for the Martinez family and all of Roland's friends. The latest I've heard is that Raed Hamdan's attorney is still pushing the self-defense angle despite that surveillance footage. I just can't wrap my head around how someone could claim self-defense when there's clear video evidence that doesn't support their story. It makes you wonder what Hamdan was thinking, especially after he didn't even try to help Roland and instead made that phone call. Every time I read about it, my heart goes out to Roland's loved ones. They not only have to cope with the loss of someone so dear to them but also endure the drawn-out legal battle for justice. I hope the truth prevails and brings them some peace as they navigate this incredibly difficult time.
