Daniela Jasmin Amaro, 29, was reported missing on October 6, 2017, after last being seen at her parents’ home in Denver, Colorado. The next day her vehicle was found abandoned on the side of the road in North Las Vegas, Nevada, near the 215 Beltway and North Fifth Street — a significant distance from her last known location.

Law enforcement from both Denver and North Las Vegas searched the area around where the car was recovered but did not find Daniela. Some reports say she was last seen walking into the desert near North Las Vegas; why she traveled to Nevada remains unclear and has been a central question for investigators.

This case hinges on the unexplained long-distance move of her vehicle and the reported sighting of her heading into desert terrain. Anyone who knew Daniela’s plans in early October 2017 or saw her vehicle in North Las Vegas is asked to come forward with information.
