Wendell Taylor, a 25-year-old Black man, was shot and killed on the evening of October 3, 2015, in the 3000 block of Janice Avenue in Baltimore. The shooting was reported about 5:30 p.m.; officers found Taylor with gunshot wounds and he was taken to a nearby hospital, where he was pronounced dead.
