Agencies need comprehensive mental health programs that include regular check-ins, counseling, and peer-support networks. Does anyone know if the Pinellas County Sheriff's Office has been implementing any new mental health initiatives since this happened? Hopefully, something good can come out of this tragedy if it leads to better care for those who protect and serve us every day.
