It's truly upsetting to see such a young life taken away so suddenly, especially around the holidays when families should be coming together in joy and peace. Lizandro Quinones-Salvador was only 21, and it breaks my heart thinking about the future he won't have and the plans he might have made. I know the arrest of Warren Davis brings some relief that justice might be served, but the lack of details around the motivation leaves so many unanswered questions. What could drive someone to resort to such violence? It's baffling and frightening. Also, can we talk about the ShotSpotter system? I hadn't heard much about it before this case, but it seems like it might have played a crucial role in getting a quick response. Does anyone know how effective it's been in other cities? My thoughts are with Lizandro's friends and family during this unimaginably difficult time. The community’s pain must be immense, and I hope they find some comfort and healing, even amidst such tragedy.
