Heans Gianni Alvarez, 46, was killed on June 27, 2018, while working at a construction site at 28512 Marsciano Lane in Wesley Chapel, Florida. Alvarez owned a tiling business, Imagination Tiles, and was on a break when two men approached, tapped him on the leg, and shot him execution-style. The suspects reportedly walked past other workers and went straight to Alvarez, prompting investigators to describe the killing as a targeted execution.
Suspects were described as light-skinned black males with short dread-like hair who fled in a black four-door sedan thought to be a 2017–2018 Ford Fusion Hybrid. The Pasco County Sheriff’s Office released surveillance footage, and Crime Stoppers of Tampa Bay offered a reward, but the suspects remained at large. Alvarez’s family called him peaceful and caring and said he had no known enemies.
Anyone with information on this case or who recognizes the men or the vehicle is urged to come forward.
