It's so important that we remember Paul Watrous as more than the way he died. From what I've heard, he was deeply loved in his community and had a way of making everyone around him feel valued and heard. It's devastating to think about the pain he must have been in and how it went unnoticed by those around him. This case really highlights the importance of checking in on our friends and family and not being afraid to have those hard conversations about mental health. We need to do better to ensure that people like Paul feel supported and aware of the resources available to them. Sending love and strength to his family and friends during this incredibly difficult time.
