Does anyone else feel absolutely devastated thinking about those kids? I can't imagine the trauma they've experienced, witnessing something so horrific unfold right in their home. They lost both parents in an instant, and now they’re pulled away from their familiar surroundings. The fact that they were surrounded by such a tumultuous environment, with drugs in the house and Omar's past involvement in criminal activities, just adds to the immense heartbreak of the situation. I've been following the case and it's so disturbing to see how things escalated so quickly. It’s particularly concerning how Omar, despite the stay-away order, was present and ultimately involved in such a violent outcome. I hope those kids receive the support and counseling they need to process all of this trauma. It's going to be a long road for them, and I can’t help but think about their future. Does anyone know if there has been any update regarding their well-being or living situation since this unfolded back in 2018?
