From everything I've read, it seems like Jeffrey had a passion for basketball and a personality that left a lasting impression on everyone he met. You can see how deeply this has impacted so many people, and it's a reminder of how one life touches countless others. It's a painful situation all around, and I just wish there were more answers for everyone involved.
