Roderick Price, 31, was shot and killed on August 16, 2015, in Oakland, California. His death occurred during a year when Oakland recorded 83 homicides amid ongoing violence and socio-economic problems affecting East and West Oakland neighborhoods. The city’s clearance rate for homicides has often been below average, and the police department has faced understaffing and limited resources that have complicated efforts to solve cases and bring answers to families.

Authorities have urged community assistance in solving such cases while the city has pursued greater community engagement and violence-prevention efforts. Does anyone have information about Roderick Price or that August 16, 2015 shooting that could help investigators?
