Has anyone looked more into the security measures (or lack thereof) at Aqua Park Apartments around the time of Demario's death? I think it's very telling that Laine Gibson filed that lawsuit. From what I understand, the area had a reputation for being high-crime, and I can't help but wonder if it was adequately monitored or secured. It's so important for management companies to take these matters seriously, especially when it concerns the safety of visitors and residents. It’s awful that Demario’s family not only has to deal with the grief of losing him but also fight through legal channels for some semblance of accountability. I really hope more people come forward with information so his family can find the peace they deserve.
