Sarawak Cardoso L. Fultze, a 43-year-old African-American man, was fatally shot on the afternoon of July 26, 2014, in the 2200 block of West Saratoga Street in Baltimore. He suffered multiple gunshot wounds to the head, chest, and leg and died shortly after being taken to a local hospital. A second man was also shot in the arm and leg and was transported in critical condition.

Baltimore police treated the incident as a double-shooting and opened an investigation. Early inquiries noted the attack may have been linked to local disputes, but no suspects were publicly identified and authorities asked the public for information. The killing was one of several violent incidents in the city that weekend.

Anyone who knew Sarawak, witnessed the shooting, or has information that could help investigators is asked to come forward with tips.
