Justin Huckeby, 25, was one of three men killed on February 9, 2015, in a mobile home in the Moon Lake section of New Port Richey, Florida. Shane Newland, 42, and Louis Lunceford, 44, were also found dead after a 911 call reporting gunshots; all three victims suffered significant injuries, though a specific cause of death was not immediately disclosed.
Investigators rapidly identified two suspects, Christopher Lee Duncan, 26, and Dora Delgado, 38, who were described as armed and dangerous and last seen in a blue Ford SUV. Authorities said the incident may have been drug-related and possibly a targeted hit. The two were later located in Jacksonville and charged with three counts of first-degree murder and one count of attempted murder.
Officials also charged Duncan with solicitation to commit murder and tampering with a witness after he allegedly tried to hire someone to kill a surviving woman who had escaped being shot and to arrange a false alibi. The case remains notable for the apparent targeting and the additional allegations against Duncan. Does anyone have information about the victims, the Moon Lake area, or that blue Ford SUV?
